These are the rules we apply on every AlmanyPedia page. The person responsible is Abdelrahman Mohamed Ali, named in the legal notice.
1. Official source first
Every figure, deadline or condition comes from the legal text or the competent authority, and the source is linked. Where two official sources differ, we say so and link both.
2. Check dates and monitoring
We state when the source was read and monitor 25 legal provisions every week (residence, citizenship, basic income support, tax, family law). When a text changes, we review the related pages.
3. Calculators
Each calculator is built on the provision itself and lists the provisions, assumptions and limits it uses. Results are estimates; the decision lies with the authority.
4. Language
Plain language, with the German term in brackets because that is what appears on official letters. We separate the rule, the exception and the example.
5. Places directory
Every entry shows its source. Entries checked on the business’s own site carry the check date; OpenStreetMap entries stay «unverified» until checked or confirmed by the owner. We only call a place «halal» if the place or a certification body says so.
6. Research tools and AI
We use modern tools, including AI tools, for research, drafting and programming. The condition for publishing stays the same: every fact checked against its official source, under the responsibility of the responsible editor.
7. Corrections
Confirmed errors are corrected and the correction date is shown. Send the page link, the sentence and the conflicting source via the contact page.
8. Advertising and independence
Ads finance the site and stay separate and labelled. We accept no payment for writing a guide or changing a calculator result; featured directory listings are marked as ads.
